Rexy was angry. She had just missed a chance to get prey: Gerry Harding. The Tyrannosaur stomped away, heading deep into the forests of the island. She smelled the scent of rotting flesh and walked over to it.
Rexy saw a dead Parasaurolophus. She was able to tell that it had died the night she and the other dinosaurs escaped. The satisfied carnivore feasted on the dead animal. It filled her stomach.
Now she needed a place to sleep. She headed to her old paddock, the Ford Explorer remains lying at the foot of a tree. The T. rex lay down, closing her eyes as she fell asleep.
A year later...
For the first time in a year, Dr. Henry Wu set foot on Isla Nublar. He was here to count the number of specimens on the island. The scientist went to the old visitor center.
Miles away, Rexy smelled human blood for the first in a long time. She tracked Wu to the visitor center, entering with a mighty roar. The doctor looked, muttering "Shit!" under his breath as he ran up the stairs for safety. The Tyrannosaur followed, her jaws tearing his lab coat. Wu sprinted faster, kicking a door open. It took him to the roof, where the chopper that took him to the island was.
Rexy stormed through the door as the chopper took off with Wu onboard. But she was able to ram it, throwing the vehicle off course. It crash-landed in the forest just after Wu jumped off. Drawing his walkie talkie, he called another chopper as Rexy arrived.
He ran for his life as a Triceratops appeared, bellowing at Rexy. She bit the Trike's throat, allowing Wu to escape.
The Trike shook Rexy off, fleeing as she locked onto his horn. The two struggled as they both toppled to the ground, the horn snapping. Rexy got up first, biting her foe's frill. She then bit his throat, pressing harder than before. This killed her foe, and she had a meal.
Dr. Wu found the chopper, hopping on it as they took off.
Rexy ruled the island for years, not knowing of Isla Sorna's existence. But her reign as queen would end just after the beginning of the 21st century...
That's all for this chapter. The next one will take place in 2002, the year of Rexy's recapture. I'll see you all later!

Even if we don't comment, we did most likely read it and didn't sign in for a variety of reasons. A few of us are 15-18 years old (I turned 17 last week) and have school and part time jobs. Some of us hang out with our friends after school, and some of us have other things we're working on (I, for example, have been building a Jeep for the past 3 years and it will hopefully be road worthy by the end of the month). Don't get discouraged if your posts have limited replies, we've probably read it, but were to busy living life to log in and comment. Feel free to check out my latest post and comment.
