Does anyone know why the crew on the cargo ship taking the t rex to san diego were dead, because the t rex was in the cargo hold? The cargo hold could have opened and the t rex could have killed most of the crew and walked back into the hold where a crew member could have closed it (that would explain why a dead crew member was holding the remote). But if the t rex killed the crew than how could someone close the hold, and wouldn't the crew call ingen for help, because the captain was driving the boat so he could have called ingen using a radio so they could know what to do when the boat arrives. Does anyone know what could have happend?

Hmmmmm.......... Never thought of that. Perhaps there were Raptors aboard the ship as well, they ate everyone, went down to the hold, and got eaten by the Rex.

That always bothered me, that door was way to small for the rex to get into, and the young one was already in san diego at that time...i'll go try to dig somethin up..

Alright, found something!

"Originally, there was supposed to be a scene showing raptors boarding the ship before it left port, so they could kill the crew without the T-Rex leaving its secured cell. This scene was never shot because they were never able to justify raptors running around San Diego while the T-Rex was."

So, apparently, they wrote the scripts as they went along, not thinking of what the changes might do.

Correct-O-mondo. It was Taken from The First book where Three young raptors board the Cargo ship headed to the Mainland. 

Like many Planned peices, It was scrapped. To help fit into Cannon, It's more the Likely, That the raptors escaped from The Cargo ship, Or were still on it. (Hence why we don't see any Ingen crew leave the ship)

Another peice that was Scrapped was the Baby Trike Scene from the First Book. SWS Had already begun and were close to being finished the Young trike when teh Scene was cut.

To this day, The young trikes whereabouts are Unknown.
